Introduction

The language spoken in the Overward is known as Telkaa. It belongs to a group of languages, the Zaa-Aykaa, spoken throughout Naydor and Amabid.

Overview

There are five major language families, two of which have sub-groups.

  • Aykaa - Zaa-Aykaa and Nid-Aykaa
  • Hispoykaa
  • Gyiykaa - Zaa-, Nid-, Gyoy-Gyiykaa
  • Flamikaa
  • Kadinaykaa
